Individual Services
1:1 Consultation
At an initial visit, I will conduct a thorough diet history. This includes a comprehensive discussion of your current eating habits, daily schedule, past dieting experiences, medical history, and any specific food preferences or aversions. Understanding these factors helps me get a clear picture of your nutritional needs and lifestyle.
Using the information gathered, I will develop a personalized eating plan tailored to your goals and preferences. This plan includes sample menus to provide structure and inspiration. I place strong emphasis on the positive aspects of eating—focusing on the foods to include for nourishment and support, rather than solely on what to limit or avoid. My goal is to create a sustainable, enjoyable approach to eating that fits naturally into your life.

Additional Services:
Metabolism Testing
The only way to know just how many calories your body needs is through metabolism testing. ReeVue™ measures the oxygen that the body consumes. Using this measurement, the test provides clients with their resting metabolic rate (RMR). The RMR is the number of calories one utilizes in a 24 hour period at rest. This number is used to show you exactly how many calories are needed to maintain your weight or even lose weight! This test, which takes 10 minutes in the office, is extremely helpful for athletes, individuals who exercise regularly, or those ready to embark on an exercise program. It has been shown to be invaluable as well for those who feel like they know how much they should eat but can't seem to lose weight.
